My room was spacious. It was close to the reception. That was convenient. Staff were attentive . The hotel pools are nice. They are well kept.
Sometimes there was no hot water. I found that unacceptable. Only body towels were provided. No washcloths were available. The AC was loud. Sleeping was difficult some nights.

the room i got did not match the photos online the furniture looked old the bed wasn't supportive even though the sheets seemed new the doors made a lot of noise and were hard to open i paid a lot for one night but the room wasn't worth it

I enjoyed the large open areas. The hotel maintains these areas very well. The staff are very polite and warm. They are always smiling and willing to help.
The iron provided was terrible. It burned my shirt because of its poor cord and heat settings. The hotel refused any responsibility.
